1972

Foundations in Lebanon

Founded in Lebanon as Al Nahdah Engineering & Contracting, the firm laid the groundwork for more than five decades of regional growth and design leadership

1992

Diversifying Expertise

Throughout the decade, the firm delivered over 300 projects across Lebanon and Syria, spanning healthcare, cultural, and commercial developments.

2008

Expansion to Qatar

In 2008, the firm launched its office in Doha, Qatar, under the name Focus Design Partners, marking the beginning of its regional growth.

2010

Focus Group Affiliation

A new chapter began with the affiliation with Focus Group in Lisbon, Portugal, strengthening international ties and expanding global expertise.

2018

On the Global Stage

The firm played a key role in the design of venues for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, reinforcing its position in shaping projects of international prominence.

International Partnerships

Partnering with Tilke GmbH marked a significant milestone, positioning us to deliver some of the region's most prominent motorsport and destination developments.
