In February 2026, following the completion of the design phase, the Outfield Spectator’s Experience at Qiddiya City, KSA, progressed into construction with the appointment of Tilke Focus Design, our jointly owned operation with Tilke GmbH, to provide construction supervision services.

The 150,000 sqm spectator landscape overlooks Qiddiya City’s flagship Formula 1 racetrack, the Speed Park Track & Blade, and introduces elevated viewing areas, terraces, and public realm spaces that enhance visitor experience during major motorsports events while creating an active destination for year-long use. Throughout its construction supervision role, Tilke Focus Design will support project delivery and maintain alignment between the design intent and the built outcome.
