Following completion of the design by Focus Design Partners, the Outfield Spectator Experience (OSE) at Qiddiya City has progressed to its next phase with the appointment of Tilke Focus Design to provide construction supervision services, announced in February 2026.

Designed by Focus Design Partners, the Outfield Spectator’s Experience spans approximately 150,000 sqm and forms a key spectator landscape overlooking the Speed Park Track and Blade Racetrack. The development provides a series of elevated viewing areas, terraces, and public realm spaces that enable visitors to experience major motorsport events across the site while also engaging with the landscape throughout the year.

In line with Qiddiya’s human-centred planning approach, the Outfield Spectator’s Experience is conceived as a continuously active environment rather than a seasonally used event venue. Its landscape framework is structured to support everyday public use as a park, while also accommodating large-scale event operations during race periods.  The appointment of our affiliate, Tilke Focus Design, ensures continuity from design to delivery, supporting the realisation of one of Qiddiya City’s major public realm destinations.
