In December 2025, our firm was appointed as the Construction Supervision Consultant for the Iconic Cliff Loop Racetrack in Qiddiya’s Motorsport Precinct, marking a significant milestone in the development of Saudi Arabia’s premier motorsport destination. The award comes on the heels of our ongoing work on the Speed Park Track and Blade Track, reinforcing the firm’s role as a trusted partner in shaping the precinct’s racing infrastructure.

The Cliff Loop Racetrack is designed as a world-class F1-standard circuit that winds dramatically around the Al-Tuwaiq Cliffs, creating a visually striking centerpiece for the precinct. Its integration with the natural terrain presents unique engineering challenges, including rockfall protection, slope stabilization, and stormwater management, ensuring both safety and long-term performance for elite international racing events.

With this project, we continue to demonstrate its expertise in construction supervision, technical precision, and landmark motorsport design. The Cliff Loop not only elevates the Qiddiya Motorsport Precinct’s global profile but also sets a new standard for racing infrastructure in the region, supporting Saudi Arabia’s ambition to establish itself as a destination for world-class motorsport experiences.
