Focus Design Partners has been appointed as the Lead Designer for the D17 Commercial development in Energy City, Lusail, marking another milestone in the firm's growing portfolio of sustainable commercial projects across Qatar.
 
Featured in Construction Week, the design of the approximately 6,000 sqm development will introduce new office and retail space within Energy City, supporting the continued growth of Lusail as Qatar's emerging commercial and business center. 
 
Leading the project's multidisciplinary design, we are integrating architecture, engineering, and sustainability from the earliest design stages. Developed with a target of LEED Silver Certification, the design prioritizes passive environmental performance through climate-responsive planning, façade optimization and solar control, establishing a benchmark for efficient and sustainable workplace environments.
