Al Mana Twin Towers is a 40,000 sqm mixed-use development located on C-Ring Road in Doha, consisting of two high-rise towers that form a paired landmark within the city skyline. One tower is dedicated to fully serviced residential units, while the other combines hotel and office uses, bringing together different programs within a shared structural and architectural framework.
The project involved the transformation of an existing, fully operational high-rise development through vertical expansion, requiring the addition of new floors within an established structural and building systems framework rather than a new-build condition.
We led the expansion of both towers, increasing the buildings from 16 to 19 stories through the addition of three typical floors and the reconstruction of the roof level. The works also extended to the parking structure and surrounding building systems, supporting the increased capacity and updated operational requirements.
The intervention required close coordination between architecture, structure, and building services to ensure that the new additions integrated seamlessly with the existing buildings, both technically and visually, while maintaining continuity across the twin-tower development.
