Al Mana Twin Towers is a 40,000 sqm mixed-use development located on C-Ring Road in Doha, comprising two high-rise towers that form a paired landmark within the city skyline. One tower is dedicated to fully serviced residential units, while the other accommodates hotel and office uses, bringing together multiple functions within a shared structural and architectural framework.
Our appointment involved assessing the feasibility of a potential vertical expansion to the existing, fully operational development. The study evaluated the addition of three floors to each tower, increasing the buildings from 16 to 19 storeys, while considering the capacity and constraints of the existing structural system and building services. The assessment also examined the implications of the proposed expansion on the parking structure and associated building systems
