As Lead Design Consultant, we delivered the architectural and engineering design as well as construction supervision, ensuring the project achieved a high standard of design quality while remaining consistent with the precinct’s scale, identity, and masterplan vision.
Our design scope encompassed the development of the architectural concept, spatial planning, façade design, and multidisciplinary coordination across structural and building services disciplines. Particular emphasis was placed on material selection, detailing, and high-quality finishes to reinforce the project’s residential character.
Apartment layouts were carefully planned to maximize natural daylight, optimize privacy, and capture views from balconies, while ensuring seamless integration with the surrounding landscape and neighboring developments.
Throughout construction, our team provided comprehensive site supervision to ensure the design intent was faithfully executed. This included regular site inspections, review and approval of shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples, coordination with contractors and consultants, quality assurance and quality control oversight, and verification of compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Continuous monitoring of construction progress, workmanship, and design quality ensured the successful delivery of a building that met both technical and architectural objectives.
