The Porto Arabia Towers, 2B, 10B, 14B, and 18A, form a prominent residential cluster within The Pearl-Qatar’s waterfront development, contributing to the precinct’s distinctive skyline. The towers incorporate contemporary residential environments with carefully coordinated architectural elements, including articulated façades, efficient layouts, and outdoor spaces that support waterfront living while enhancing views, natural light, and resident comfort.
We provided construction supervision for the four towers, including site supervision, technical review of contractor submissions and shop drawings, design coordination, and quality monitoring. Working with the contractor and project consultants, the team ensured compliance with the approved design, specifications, and programme requirements, supporting the successful delivery of this key waterfront development.
